The “So-Biz Project” of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service is funded by the SME Development Fund of the Trade and Industry Department of HKSAR Government. The Project aims at enhancing the quality of customer service in Hong Kong as well as the competitiveness of participating merchants, with the mission to build an inclusive community.
In addition to So-Biz website (www.sobiz.hk), Project also provides “So-Biz Listing” mobile application to enable customers to search for award-winning restaurants and retail shops conveniently.
Through the application, users can:
1)Search for the award-winning restaurants and retail shops by dishes, commodities, districts, and/or types of “Serve Friendly” service;
2)Browse the restaurants and shops’ details (e.g. address, telephone, hours of operation, menus/catalog, special offers and items implemented in the So-Biz Checklist);
3)Find their location conveniently by using map view function;
4)Search for nearby restaurants and shops;
5)Use the “Press to dial” function to contact favourite restaurants and shops for enquiries/reservation/order making.
6) Leave comments immediately through the “Comment” function on merchants’ own pages.
